What services I offer and why I am so good at providing them.

I am an acknowledged expert in Project Management and Test Management.

My working life has been spent almost exclusively working in IT, primarily on system developments, system implementations and the related business change management. I have specialised not only in "doing the job" but also in understanding "how the job should be done".

I have been involved in the definition and application of project and test management  methods and techniques for over 25 years, starting with the immediate ancestors of PRINCE, followed by PRINCE2, the inception and development of PMO services and tools, embracing PMBOK and including rapid development methods and techniques, generally branded these days as "Agile".

I have remained actively involved in business change projects, especially those involving a large systems integration element, and have extensive experience of third-party software implementations.
