Hi, I'm offering a range of Project Management and Test Management services, either by contributing to an active project or by mentoring and coaching aspiring Project and Test Managers.

Below you'll find a summary of what can be found in each of the various sub-sections

What I have to offer does what it says on the tin, it gives a synopsis of the services that I offer and the background skills and experience that I bring to the party.

PM and TM is a more in-depth explanation of Project Management (PM) and Test Management (TM), and the quality assurance (QA) services and advice & guidance that I could offer in these areas, such as In-Flight reviews of projects or assistance in project start-up and planning.

Mentoring and Coaching gives an explanation of what I understand by these services and provides a detailed description of the aims and approach to the services that I could offer. Once again this is primarily in PM and TM areas, all of this is described so that mutual expectations can be set very early.
